Well let me tell you there is many ways you can create something that you most likely have at home and that you can make. Also you can make something depending on what you want to work on like legs, chest, triceps, biceps, and arms . Well I made a item and ill explained what I used and what can you use it for .
You can create something at home by Using items you might already have at home. Things you can use depending on the weight you want it to be is sand, dirt, rocks, rice, beans, beach sand, and you can even mix things up like dirt and rocks and rocks and sand to make it heavier. Your also gonna need a water bottle so u can put it in to make it heavy and you will need duck tape. You will need tape so you can wrap it around the bottle to get grip. That can help you work on your biceps
and you can create more things depending on what you want to work on.
Like for example you can create something to run, to work on ur back, your chest, your biceps, triceps, your abs, anything you want. You just have to get good ideas anything is possible.
